		<description>Dave - The gun did fire.  I changed the wording a bit, because with these posts coming so far apart I know it&#039;s hard to remember details.  When the man shot at Blake in Blake&#039;s back yard, there were no sounds of gunshots, either.  Because I&#039;m not sure what a silenced gun really sounds like, I was trying to avoid describing it.  It should be more clear now if you re-read it (and should also make you wonder more about Doug than you did when you thought he had not been shot).</description>
